Consultancy to Youth Teams

(National Federation, Local professional teams, Universities, Colleges, High schools)

IFIF offers its knowledge and its professional network as a consultant to local professional football teams or Federations to assist the youth team responsible in the organization of all the seasonal activities.

All the training process will be formalized from IFIF in cooperation with the responsible, respecting the target given by the team or Federation for its own youth teams, accordingly with the different ages of the players, of course. IFIF will assist the responsible of the youth team in organizing the entire training process.

After an initial meeting where the short/medium term goals of the team will be discussed, IFIF will be able to supply detailed training programs to attain maximum success from the training sessions.

IFIF will periodically visit the youth team responsible and the teams to assist them in developing the various step of the training programs and to evaluate the improvement achieved.

The IFIF team assisting the responsible will consist, each time, of 2 or 3 members with different kinds of expertise: 1 coach and 1 athletics trainer will form the minimum team; we may add one additional technical member or one manager to coordinate all the activities, depending on the needs of the team.
The assistance could be recapped in the following basic steps:

1. Creation of a seasonal training program (according to the players’ ages).
2. Periodical assistance to trainers in applying the programs to their teams.
3. Assistance in international or local tournaments (on request).
4. HR consultancy to manage the youth teams.

The consultancy of IFIF can improve by far the results of the various youth teams, applying an highly coordinated training program, following the experience and knowledge of Italian professional experts.

Furthermore, any potential change of trainer will have not any major impact on the team affected, since the new trainer will find a program already developed by IFIF that will guarantee continuity to all the seasonal training program. The training program, with IFIF, will become a real asset of the Company, Federation or School and not only a variable in the hands of the coach of each single team!
